Dahi Lahsooni Chicken





Dahi Lahsooni Chicken is an easy recipe that you can easily prepare at home. Marinated in lots of spices, garlic and curd, this chicken recipe is extremely juicy. Ingredients
170 gm chicken boneless
5 ml butter

For Merination
15 gm grated cheese cubes
5 gm ginger paste
7 gm green chilli
40 gm yoghurt (curd)
2 gm salt
1 gm tandoori masala
2 pinches powdered green cardamom
1 gm White Pepper Powder
1 gm coriander powder
15 gm chopped garlic
2 gm chopped coriander leaves
18 gm fresh cream
10 gm cashews
1/2 gm black salt
1/2 gm chaat masala
1 gm cumin powder
5 ml extra virgin olive oilHow to make Dahi Lahsooni Chicken

Step 1

To make this juicy side dish, first prepare the marination for the chicken.

Step 2

For that, take a large bowl, add 7 pieces of boneless chicken and marinade with curd. Then add chopped garlic, ginger paste, cashews paste, green chilli paste, chopped dhaniya, salt, and tandoori masala. Mix them all together nicely.

Step 3

Now add black salt, chat masala, cardamom, coariander, cumin powder, white pepper powder, extra virgin olive oil, cream and Amul cheese. Again mix all the ingredients with the chicken, and keep aside these chicken pieces coated with marination for about 30 minutes so that all the flavours are abstracted.

Step 4

Grease the chicken pieces with butter when they are marinated, and grill it in charcoal tandoor for about 8-10 minutes.

Step 5

Your chicken Dahi Lahsooni Chicken is prepared. Serve it in a platter.
